[day 3]

back to the beginning...
at least, i didn't cheat with soda... but i guess beer is just as bad
but i was thinking about doing weight watchers
or counting calories... i'm just not sure what's best...
if anybody has any input that would be good

still drinking water and lots of it
so this is good... :)
short post today... maybe i'll post more later

[day 2]

hmmm i cheated! :(
yesterday, i went to the avenged sevenfold concert
drank a couple of beers and went to taco bell after...

right now, i'm fighting nausea for some reason
and i just want to sleep...
i have a headache...
i don't feel well
don't really even feel like posting right now
but that's it really... i need to feel better >.<

[day 1]

well good morning readers!  (if there are any out there)
the first thing on the agenda today was the gym but before
going to the gym, i drank my Nutiva chocolate hemp shake...
i realized i got the wrong almond milk
because it's unsweetened which i feel makes it taste bad
so next time i hit Whole Foods, i definitely need to get original...

my workout:
i did about 30 min on the treadmill
worked out my legs 15 reps 3 sets
also my back and my sides... same amount
that pretty much took up to an hour

then since the gym is right by the mall, i also decided to indulge myself
in a little bit of shopping at Forever 21, which is definitely one of my
favorite places to shop because it's all so cheap...

i'll share what i got with pictures later maybe
but in description, i got a crochet sleeveless cardian
a terracotta (sort of color) maxi dress
and a zebra print bikini with hot pink strings...

i'm really excited for the summer...
ready to get into shape...
yay! for new clothing and gymming it up :)

[to a new beginning]

hello. my name is joselynn. i just graduated from the university of central florida. i'm a big make up geek. i love books. i'm also looking to somehow use this as a day-to-day journal of sorts to track my lifestyle change into a more healthy, active lifestyle. i am hoping this really works out and that i stay motivated to stay on this track.  this endeavor is inspired by kandee johnson. i feel that now i have more time on my hands that i should focus on doing what i want for myself and my body.

as of today, i will stop drinking soda and drink more water. i plan on exercising more often during the week and eating better (this will be very hard because i love to eat sweets and junk food). i am motivated and looking forward to whatever progress i make in doing so. my goal is to be a size 4 or 6, depending on how i look.  yay for getting into the best shape of our lives!
